The following request was received on August 30, 2024:

Gold is always sold in quantities of 400 kg, packed in boxes and bars, with each kilo bar certified.

Terms: -9 / -6. No bank guarantee is required – the gold is delivered directly to the refinery. Payment must be made within 5 days.


Commissions: 1.5% on the seller’s side ("sellerside close"). The remaining 1.5% is split into two groups, each receiving 0.75%. I am in the first group with my intermediaries, and we have 0.75%. You are in the second group with your intermediaries, and you also have 0.75%.

After an initial phase, 400 kg, 800 kg, 1,200 kg, etc. can be ordered and delivered.

Procedur:

We require the LOI (Letter of Intent) from the final buyer, including the details specified in the procedure. The final buyer's LOI must include the following elements:

  • Name and address of the refinery for the Assay.
  • The desired annual quantity and its frequency.
  • The name of the buyer’s bank, its address, and the name of the bank officer.
  • The BCL (Bank Comfort Letter) will be sent from BO to BO (Bank Officer to Bank Officer).
  • The seller's bank officer's email address will be provided after receiving and validating the LOI and the requested documents.
  • A conference call (CC) may be arranged with the seller's representative after the LOI is submitted.

We also require the buyer's CIS (Client Information Sheet).

GOLD OFFER IN DUBAI

My partner in Dubai reserved an allocation of 250 Kgs of gold (24 carat/ 999,9 below of 5 years) which is committed PER DAY for supply ex Dubai with a Government of UAE entity liaising this whole supply. More to follow, once we can establish credibility.
Required is a basic Buyer CIS etc., we do have the gold!
Please introduce the main decision maker soonest. My partner in Dubai can then organise the supplies in stages subject to the initial DD of your actual buyer proposed on the deal.
Discount can be discussed, depending on credibility and quantity.
After LOI with CIS is provided for a first DD, all questions can be answered from the representative in a zoom call and/or F2F in Dubai.
