Procedure (Please check what applies to you): *

The seller shows a private wallet.
The seller conducts an AB test.
Handshake
The buyer provides their recipient Satoshi wallet address.
The seller transfers a Satoshi.
The buyer shows proof of funds (Not when banks buy the BTC).
The buyer sends us their CIS (Customer Information Sheet).
The seller sends us their CIS.

Once we have received the CIS from both parties, we will simultaneously send the CIS to both parties. The CIS will only be kept with us until the transaction has taken place, except for Rolls and Extension, where the documents will be stored in a safe.

Completion of Transaction:

Both parties agree to the terms.
Contracts are signed, including NCNDA and IMFPA
In the IMFPA, assigns are listed by name for security reasons.

Payments of commissions:

The recipient of the discount or markup pays the intermediaries promptly after each tranche. In Rolls and Extensions, intermediaries receive their commissions for each transaction
